Peaches have been on sale at Ridley's for several weeks now. I needed to use some of them up so I made a peach pie today. I used the extra pie dough to wrap up a monster Honeycrisp apple (also on sale) and turned it into an apple dumpling. I had my delicious hot out of the oven apple dumpling with French vanilla ice cream while I am waiting for the peach pie to cool. Now my belly is stuffed and there is no room for the peach pie.
