I like to make something like this, but I use salty anchovies or sardines instead of tuna, and I omit the tomatoes. Or I'll use some of that fancy aged Italian fish sauce, colatura di alici. That stuff is rad.

Okay... that is SLIGHTLY more acceptable. I like cream sauces, Alfredo sauces, etc. and also like sausage although maybe not in cream. Better in red sauce. Chicken and cream or Alfredo though.

I'm sorry, but this might just be the fatal blow to our friendship. I cannot associate with anyone that melts cheese over noodles like it's some kind of ghoulish bleached lasagna.
