Really? Portraits of people? Horses? Pencils or charcoal? Neither?
People (faces), horses (heads) in pencil at first, charcoal toward the end.
I knew it!
Bless us with your portraits! Don’t make me beg..
Sorry, they are all gone. The people always wanted to keep them so they got to keep them.

I did do a bronze of a bugling elk head and a bronze bust of the mule deer head that is hanging on my wall. I also worked in leather even doing a portrait of a young woman I knew. That also is now in her possession.

Very cool. Bronze.... you're hardcore.
Do you do leather pyrography?

No. I don't do anything anymore with leather other than to make a new belt when an old one wears out.

I would have liked to do more with bronze but the local junior college dropped their bronze casting class leaving me without anywhere to do any amateur bronze casting.

Super cool. I have a friend that works in leather. She started working at a gun holster place. She makes all sorts of cool things now. Awesome stuff, but real hell on her hands. Only minor carving and dying. I wish you had kept something to show us.
Some people just can't hang onto anything. I really enjoyed when I was doing wood carvings too. That is too hard on my hands now.
