That is strictly up to the game warden. Deer can get by quite well on three legs.

Around here they are more susceptible to dogs that people won't keep at home. She sticks close to the buildings including spending whole days in my old horse shed.

I personally prefer a young buck with the fat run off of him than a fat doe.
