They are making me feel sicker.

I'm kind of feeling like how I imagine Kelsey does after she eats all that nasty crap.

Although lately, since I quit and have been trying to eat healthier, I do feel awful when I go back to junk lol

Same. Grosses me out and kinda makes me feel sad watching people eat all that junk! :hit:eek:

Like.... real, actual, awful, fake food fast food such as Wendy’s and Taco Bell. Not Panera or Subway.

Kiki says that’s fast food and it does have too much salt and sugar and stuff so not totally healthy but not as bad as actual fast food loaded with fake crap. And least Panera is real ha

Also I way oversalt my food anyway even at home :lau

Though I have a friend who is a literal salt addict lol used to pour it on even on microwave popcorn which is already pretty dang salty. :eek: :th

Another school friend but not the same one who drank two liter soda bottles lol
 
Yeah. He's a feral cat that we were given by a vet for Christmas. No one wanted him because he was mean... I've yet to see him be mean and I've had him a year so far. He turns 2 on Sunday.

All my cats come from the Humane Society. And are always nice. The one I have was brought there because he could not use the liter box. We just let him outside.

Cant imagine life without him now :love

Panera is far from healthy... I like juice bars. That's not really food though I guess.
 
We don't eat out much. Usually just for a special occasion and I always make sure I eat healthy like a plate of veggies.

I get so ill from fast food and most restaurants so I stopped even trying. Only 2 pizza places I can eat at, but they make everything from scratch

I used to not. Could eat whatever but then I started getting bad abdominal pain which went away when I stopped the fast food and fried food and soda lol

And now that I’m eating healthier, I can’t eat junk much anymore.

I’ve also been taking vitamins/supplements which have helped with the migraines so I won’t get a migraine from certain foods anymore but will still get the pressure or whatever temporarily and just feel bad so I just try to avoid it.

Worse thing I ate today was skinny pop. Everything else was homemade. Maybe the brown sugar in my apples wasn't the healthiest but the apple cancels it out :gig

@Kiki has good recipes though. The one I made today is being put on the "you need to make this once a month" list

That’s what Kiki tells me but I just can’t believe it.... I mean, it’s got real meat/veggies/ingredients. How can it be worse than me making a sandwich at home!?

I don’t do that much anymore but my dad constantly buys lunch meat and bread and jelly and stuff so I used to eat tons of lunch meat and peanut butter and jelly and honestly I feel like Panera is way healthier than that... :lau :oops:

Plus all the salads and soups they have which I never get but at least it’s green.

But I don’t really eat out much anymore. Been trying to cook more. Though lately I have been sucking at it haha
