➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

Worse thing I ate today was skinny pop. Everything else was homemade. Maybe the brown sugar in my apples wasn't the healthiest but the apple cancels it out :gig

@Kiki has good recipes though. The one I made today is being put on the "you need to make this once a month" list

But I did cook earlier. Sort of. Eggs and spinach at like 4 :lau :oops:

I need to get back to cooking/eating better. Did really well for a few days but we still have all the desserts left over. But thankfully they’re almost gone. And I’ve been trying to eat veggies every day too. Today I at least remembered to take the vitamins.

But I’ve been sitting a ton yesterday and today too. Although today I did work out :lau

Their salads are the only healthy thing on the menu minus the cheese and dressing. Most is processed stuff from a bag. There was just a video posted about it.

And juice bar they do like green juices with kale, pineapple, and stuff. I usually get mango and pineapple.

Thanks! I don’t know if it’s necessarily really a diet as much as just trying to cook/eat vegetables/eat better cause for a while I was eating like total carp. :oops:

Still sometimes do as evidenced by the pie for dinner. :oops:

But I think I’m going to make something real now.

I did chicken with cream of mushroom in the crock pot with a side of green beans. I put the chicken over rice. Everyone liked it.

I ate rice and veggies for my dinner with a dash of Tony's seasoning.

But idk, it can’t be as bad as or at least not worse than all the processed, boxed shit people eat at home haha

I know someone who literally only shops at the dollar store and only eats like pop tarts, chef boyardee, nutter butters etc. then wonders why she feels like crap :eek: :th

Course she doesn’t really have much of a choice but still. Pretty sure you can buy healthy food.

But I try not to go to Panera and that stuff anymore but sometimes Subway would be the only vegetables I get the entire day if I even got vegetables on it. :lau :oops:

But I’m better now. Or trying to be. Slow going hah

And that sounds good. I used to try to make smoothies/shakes and stuff here sometimes but I don’t much anymore ha
