I've never bought clothes at a thrift store, but I should some day. I know a lot of people who do and they find incredible things, but I'm just so picky. I love sweatshirts and jeans. I honestly just started wearing jeans again a few months ago. jeans always fit weird on me for some reason so it's hard for me to find a brand that I like. I actually found a brand at Walmart believe it or not!

My mom buys clothes and never wears them... So months later she will hand them to me with the tag still on!

She also buys food that I know she will never eat and I wait until the next week and she always sends it home to my chickens My chickens love when I come home from my parents!

I wear t-shirts no matter the season. Jackets on top if it's winter. In summer, I wear the skirts I make; in winter, sweatpants. The inconsistency in cuts and sizes across the many different brands that pop up at thrift stores drives me nuts, but I compensate by pretty much just wearing the same two things all the time and doing laundry super often. If I ever win the lottery, I'm sending ALL my clothes to the thrift store and buying multiple copies of the exact same thing from a retail store. Ahh, simplicity. I could probably do it for $50, but that's painful when I could be spending that money on chickens.

My meat birds are friendly too, but I hatched them. I don't have cornish x. They're very white. All my white chickens look awful right now from all the rain. They are all brown.

That's what my husband does. He buys the same for jeans and shorts. Then he wears tshirts. He has dress clothes for special occasions, but I don't mind the way he dresses.

Those shirts make the best jackets, particularly because they're always several sizes too big for me. I go slightly feral if I have to wear long-sleeved shirts that are in my size. The elbows are always too tight.

Yeah, tight long sleeve shirts are the worst!! Or too short sleeves. I experience both a lot because of my height lol

I love flannels though or slightly too big long sleeve t shirts

One of my quail had blood all over his side when I checked on them today. Not sure how he managed to do that; there aren't any sharp corners in his pen and his roommate is docile. I left him out there since he was acting fine and the bleeding has stopped. Hopefully it won't happen again.
