I'm wrapping last minute stuff now.
I use gift bags for most gifts...recycled of course.

Nah, I just dislike auditory media in general. I basically ditched phones as soon as I was able to use e-mail for all my personal communication. Something about having to learn information without any associated visual input is nearly impossible for me.
Auditory media puts me to sleep.

Not really, digging post holes in frozen ground is not fun.
Ugh! Not fun!

They did not run through the fence, they ran into the fence.

I live on the corner. The main road runs past my property on the east side. The street I live on runs past the north side. Fortunately there is a very large right of way on the east side so that despite all the wrecks that happen, none of them have hit that fence yet. On the north side the right of way is fairly narrow. Someone drove off of the road during the night and hugged the fence with their vehicle for approximately 60'. In the process they broke off 3 fence posts. I have not been able to determine whether they were going east or west at the time. I suppose there are 3 options. One the driver was drunk. Two the driver fell asleep at the wheel or three, it was done intentionally which could have tied in with number one.

Whatever happened the person responsible did a hit and run.

It is @BantyChooks that lives off the beaten path. I am only 3 miles from the Interstate highway.
60 ' should have left some real damage on that vehicle!

Too cute!

Your granny is a very talented seamstress!

The high here was 51°F today. It does not appear that there will be any fresh snow for Christmas.

Hubby did his shopping this morning before joining me at his SIL for our egg roll lunch. We ladies put together and fried almost 100 egg rolls prepping for lunch....Fried Rice, assortment of sauces and my brussel sprouts. Mm mmm....only 24 egg rolls left over for the boys to take home.
Done with Christmas til next Sunday.
Weather is short sleeve right now.
