She’s an Easter Egger but I’ve never had one this color before. My other two are laced. You can see them in these photos especially the second one.

I just let the chickens out like 15 minutes ago. They’ve really been itching to get out lately and it’s a pretty nice day.

Thank you!! The older Easter Eggers lay blue and an olivey green color and I’m not sure what Peach lays yet because I don’t think she’s started yet.

The other chickens mostly all lay varying shades of brown, one of the newer ones is almost pinkish, and then I also have a white egg layer. So I get a lot of different colored eggs.

I don’t care what color she lays as long as it’s a color LOL like just as long as she lays. But hopefully green or blue like an actual Easter Egger haha

Funny thing is her comb has been red for a while and especially lately it’s really gotten a lot redder so she theoretically should be laying now or is laying. With my luck she’s probably laying one of the brown eggs and I just don’t notice haha

But we’ll see.

And I think I do!!

Although none of the adults are laying right now and one of the babies only just started like a couple weeks ago. Two others started around October. So I only have 3 laying right now. 2 brown layers and the Leghorn.

But they still look pretty good.

We have 3 people already wanting some. I never expected this, but now I am kind of excited.

I just bought a sales log on Amazon

You can never have too many chick waterers or brooders have plenty extra. And I had to start collecting 100% of the money when they're set. If you charge say 120.00 for a dozen chicks collect it up front and at hatch if you dont have 100% then give them the balance back. If not youre gonna get stuck with chicks. Also a PayPal account and PayPal debit card works great for payment and to use their money for their things and pay yourself every now and then
