I don’t care what color she lays as long as it’s a color LOL like just as long as she lays. But hopefully green or blue like an actual Easter Egger haha

Funny thing is her comb has been red for a while and especially lately it’s really gotten a lot redder so she theoretically should be laying now or is laying. With my luck she’s probably laying one of the brown eggs and I just don’t notice haha

But we’ll see.

And I think I do!!

Although none of the adults are laying right now and one of the babies only just started like a couple weeks ago. Two others started around October. So I only have 3 laying right now. 2 brown layers and the Leghorn.

But they still look pretty good.

You can never have too many chick waterers or brooders have plenty extra. And I had to start collecting 100% of the money when they're set. If you charge say 120.00 for a dozen chicks collect it up front and at hatch if you dont have 100% then give them the balance back. If not youre gonna get stuck with chicks. Also a PayPal account and PayPal debit card works great for payment and to use their money for their things and pay yourself every now and then

I just use a corral that I bought for the brooder. It can fit lots of chicks.

I have a lot of waterers but I do need more and feeders.

I'm thinking about selling some cockerels and pullets too especially if I know the breeds.

box tops with paper towel works well for disposable feeders

I bet!! You’re making me hungry/jealous.

And really!? That’s awesome!! I love Meyers. I’ve bought exclusively until this most recent order. But I’ve ordered two sets of chicks and a set of hatching eggs from them and they’ve all been amazing. Healthy, happy, great layers, fantastic personalities, and I think they’re gorgeous.

Their assortments are great too and I think you’ll have a great time with them!

Lots of fun figuring out breeds and such.

I’ve never done the assortments, except the egg one, just because I wanted to try specific breeds, but if you don’t mind, they’re tons of fun!!!

I would love to do the adopt me bargain some day.

But I can only have chickens here so I can’t for now.
