➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

Is the plant on the window fuzzy? Like a Cuban oregano?

I regularly toss eggs out for my flock...found clutches in the barn...I don't want to incubate...even the early quitters if I don't scramble them for the flock.

my Avacado starters last year got chilled before I moved the tropicals to the hot tub room. Lost leaves but have leaf nodes swelling now.

From what I have read on Moringas, big trees were trained by viscous pruning to make the leaves easier to harvest.
This one?
Not fuzzy.

It's buried too deep already...I'll buy another mango or two tomorrow.
I bet you just thought it was too far gone or something...:lau

So it is a type of succulent like a hens and chick?
I also m jealous of your oxalis growing at the base of one of your pots....looks like shamrocks.
Those don't survive here unless in pots.

Sure that sound good.
I have no idea what it is.
One of my friends has a huge pot of it and I stole a couple of pieces off of it and planted them and they grew.

That is how I've started many of my plants. That and pinching off seed pods.
I edited my post about re-naming Little Richard Gina. Was that similar to what you were thinking...:lau:duc

I can't tell them apart yet... Who is the dark one on the bottom? 🥰
Silver- Clark
Chocolate- Dakota
I think that’s Dakota isn’t it? She looks like she’s lightened up some though.
I think it's just because those photos were early this morning, and usually I take them at night.
Clark looks darker to me though. Although he will probably be totally white before he's a year old.

Oh! Remember the conversation awhile back about cuts and infections?
My neighbor that was hospitalized is now home.
He has had several surgeries on his hand, had a mild heart attack, was moved to ICU and treated for major infection. He was having respiratory issues and was entobated then coded blue. Once revived he was placed in a medically induced coma because he kept pulling out tubes. His diabetes is a major issue. Bless his heart.
His first grandchild was born before he came home.
He is now on oxygen and has bandages on his hand....expecting one more surgery...and hopefully a full recovery.

Makes me thankful for my health.

Nothing scarier than having tubes shoved down your throat when you wake up... I would pull them and have pulled them before.

I'm glad he's home now and hopefully he is enjoying his grandchild and all the snuggles he is getting.

Do the expect him to permanently be on oxygen or just until his body adjusts?
