Yeah it’s awful!! I was getting them several times a week for a while, almost daily it seemed, and it was definitely torture, now I thankfully haven’t had one in a little while but it came back in full force today.
But yes there’s so many possible causes!! I get them a lot if I forget to eat or drink or like if I get too dehydrated/hot/in the sun too much in the summer or when it’s really cold, if I don’t sleep, etc. so many reasons like you said!! Concerts are another big one which sucks cause I love concerts so I just try to deal with it.
The weird thing today though was I slept well last night, had a big breakfast today, drank lots of water, nothing should have caused it. The only thing I can think of is caffeine as I had a glass of tea but I’ve been doing that a lot lately with no issues. It’s also pretty cold today but I don’t think that’s it so I just don’t know!
I actually had an app that I was tracking them with for a while but I deleted it since I wasn’t getting them very often anymore. Guess that was a mistake.
