I would pen them separately or get the job done irregardless of what the weather is like. I have processed turkeys in sub zero temperatures with blowing snow simply because that was the day they had to be done.I have 6 jakes that need to be dressed. Weather has not been cooperative. I have to play wing person and chase them away when the tom is trying to satisfy the ladies.

There is no possible context in which "irregardless" is correct.
Just because it's in the dictionary doesn't mean it should be used; merely that it is defined.
I'll give a lot of stuff a pass if it wears the figurative hat of a dialect, but I draw the line there.
I am sure that you have local colloquialisms that don't fit my accepted standards.
