She didn't even touch the scraps yet. She's enjoying sunbathing in her big pile of leaves. Her run was maybe a quarter of the size she has now with 3 other hens. She doesn't know what to do with the 30x40 foot dog kennel she's in.He sounds like a sweetie.If she's not laying, from what I've read here, she doesn't need calcium supplemented--but she'll no doubt eat around the eggshells if she doesn't need them.
When I looked up scaly mites it shows a lot of chickens feet that look similar to Ol' Reds. So hopefully solving the scaly mite issue then a few soaks and she will be brand new.Soak is all I remember

It's about 55 out and it's hot. The sun is really warm. Our peach tree has blossoms on it.
