Skye was dumped to fend for herself on the backroads o Georgia. She was only a few months old, still very much a baby. We've had to work through a LOT of issues with her (DAWG knows, you've been a great help!) I'm really stumped on this latest one. I know Skye is smart enough to learn, I'm just not smart enough to know how to teach her. She's on her very last chance. The first time, when she shook little Indy, I put down to dogs needing hierarchy training. We did that. This time (the second) I take partial responsibility for misreading signals and reacting poorly (NEVER pin a fearful dog ... aggressive, yes, terrified, no!) If it happens again, my family will not give me a choice. I do NOT want this dog to be put down for poor handling and abuse when she was young.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with all that! I hope you can work through it! Seems like maybe she would benefit from some confidence building exercises? To make her less fearful perhaps? Or honestly you might have to do crate and rotate for a while if they won’t get along. A lot of people do that even if they get along just as a maintenance/prevention thing and of course if they don’t too. Though it’s not ideal but may save her maybe.

I was trying to experiment and had read about a similar thing with chicken before so I thought it would be really good but not one of my finer creations but at least now I know lol I tried and found out

I’m sure my thing is far different from these though lol
