It does have a quiche like consistency once it is baked.

All this talk of spinach reminded me that I didn’t upload pic of last night dinner!!! We had an Italian chicken with mr muddy’s butter linguine, garlic bread, and fresh spinach rolled in olive oil, garlic and Parmesan before wilting in the oven!

I get it. This was me in 3rd grade at Our Lady of Perpetual Payments , the last time the Sisters made me eat my spinach.
This is me with with DW's spinach.
