I get it. This was me in 3rd grade at Our Lady of Perpetual Payments , the last time the Sisters made me eat my spinach.
This is me with with DW's spinach.

I think spinach is one of those things that has to be cooked right for sure!

I haven’t had that many quiches but my quail egg frittatas with spinach are delicious!!!

Raw spinach is absolutely wonderful. I graze on it in the garden or add it to an oil & vinegar salad.

Same here!!!! I haven’t had quail eggs since OCT or NOV and those were what I had banked from end of summer!!!! My only layer currently is the duck!

I got 9 eggs yesterday and 8 today. I have collected 160 chicken eggs so far this month.
