I found out the hard way, a number of years back that tender parts need sunscreen in the beginning of the summer.

Just peeled like almost 2 dozen hard boiled eggs AND I NEVER WANT TO PEEL ANOTHER EGG EVER AGAIN. got into a bit of a rhythm towards the end and once I put the music on BUT STILL.

Check out the spurs on the boys I offed today. the first one is my bantam Cochin he was tiny yet his spurs were massive he would have turned a year old in April. Freddy meanwhile was MASSIVE yet his spurs were still pretty small (although growing). He hatched last July. I just find it kind of funny how the smallest bird has the biggest spurs and the biggest bird has the smallest Danno’s must have been like an inch long.

And Bunny was protecting her friend Blackie is the other one I put down. Old girl (5 1/2) and wasn’t doing well plus was being relentlessly picked on by one of the other birds so

I'm surprised that she isn't at the top of the pecking order.
Horrible quality picture, sorry. They're about 3/4 inch long, maybe a tiny bit more.
