Your namesake, the Sapphire blood prince, towers hilariously over his buddies. He's about 2 weeks younger than the first group of bantams, and about 2 weeks older than the second. 7 cockerels (including the prince), and 7 pullets. They weren't all in the frame. The orange boys are getting it soon as I can make decent broth of them. I don't like their coloring, and they are both rabble rousers. I like the dark boy at the far left. His dad is one of my faves. A gorgeous, gamey fellow. Then I have a fayoumi cross cockerel in the second group that I'll be keeping as well. Weirdest comb I've ever seen. I simply must know how it turns out.

Whoa, that is a weird comb. Almost makes me think of a buttercup comb.

Isn't it, though? He's all fayoumi other than that. I have another too, and she's all fayoumi in color, and build, but has extra toes on both feet, and a pea comb. Mutts are such fun.

I love them.
I want to see what I would get out of Baba (half OEGB, half Booted Bantam) or Marshmallow (Booted Bantam) and my EE rooster, Neutrophil.
If I could get a bantam, feather-footed EE, that would be amazing.
