While we were playing bridge last evening, my sister who lives in Norman Oklahoma where the huge hail occurred had the window in her kitchen knocked out by a softball sized hail conglomerate. We could hear the hail hitting her roof in rapid succession for a full five minutes. Yet, her two 4 month old German Shepard pups slept soundly thru the storm.

We received about 1.5 inches of rain over the two day storm....a nice pasture rain. And my two adult Rhodesians were awakened by every thunder clap.

Doesn’t look like we gonna make it before dark so I’m gonna have to find the boat slip in the dark before we set up camp

I convinced mr muddy to wait until morning to launch the boat.....we’re sooooo close but somewhere between fuel stop and here light hookup wiggled loose so we had to pull over again
