Totally unrelated to what's going on here right now, but if a hen were missing skin on her neck, say about half the area of my palm, how long would it take to grow back? It happened on Tuesday, and I'd like a rough estimate as to how long this poor thing will need ointment and possibly bandages on her neck (picture from the day of the attack -- it looks a bit better now):
