Work, and the rest of Houston, will be shutting down on Tuesday for the annual ice celebration. This is were random groups assemble on or near the interstate overpasses and create work for tow truck drivers.

It's nice seeing the communities coming together.

So, 8 degrees warmer than here. I don't mind the cold too much, but this cold will freeze my fingers when I water the birds. I think I'm going to take a gallon jug of hot water out with me.
