Bunny is really a great meal

Bunny is delicious. I fry it up breaded and it ends up in a gravy.

I grew up in SW PA. The cottontails there were dark meat. Out here the cottontails are a light meat.

Much easier to process than poultry and 1/2 bunny is plenty for a meal for me and Mr Muddy

The cottontails here are dark meat too, but these are my NZ whites that we put in the freezer over summer.
