Best pizza that doesn’t require mr muddy prepping and cooking 🤣 when we cook pizza, we have to make the dough night before and let it rise etc
 
Sounds like you’re doing pretty well to be 23# down since Christmas.....I didn’t get quite serious enough this time around so I’m only about 11# down since New Years.......you need to join the Fitbit thread!!!!

2200 calories of lean meats and veggies. Gallon of water per day minimum.
Heart rate over 100 each hour at least once. 20 minutes of cardio each evening.
I'd add weight training if my back were up to it.
 
I think actually I only have one swimsuit.
