I just don't like cooked onions. LOLI don't caramelize onion. I reduce apple juice (fresh) and when three cups become about 1/2 cup I use it as a glaze. Then finish in hot skillet which caramelize the sugars in the apple juice.

I do love making those as well as eating them. LOLSprouts are cut in half, spiced and coated in olive oil. Then cooked in oven until they loosen up. Finish under hot broiler until edged just begin to char. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese

I don't cook onions for onions very often. I prefer them still crunchy when I cook onions in something.I do love making those as well as eating them. LOL
