2200 calories of lean meats and veggies. Gallon of water per day minimum.
Heart rate over 100 each hour at least once. 20 minutes of cardio each evening.
I'd add weight training if my back were up to it.

I don’t think I’ve had a bikini since I was a little kid. I do wear a two piece, but it looks just like a tank and shorts, complete with pockets. 🤣. The pockets are totally useless though. I lost our lunch money at the water park once ☹️☹️☹️

I have one that’s similar but no pockets. The top is like a tank and then the bottom is one of those ones that’s like a bikini with a skirt attached. I do also have a pair of bathing suit shorts. I do not wear bikinis or even regular one pieces with the normal bottom 😂🤣
