Fedex delivered and open package to me yesterday.
It was just a pair of jeans I ordered for the mini and I'm still new to this online shopping stuff so I'm not sure if I should have complained or not....or to who.

The jeans are fine...the package...a large plastic envelope was just ripped open...all the way.

I guess someone could have ripped it open at my door but the second I received the delivered email I called the house to tell them it was at the door so I don't think anyone would have had time to do so.

I ordered a christmas present in November. A necklace. Well, when it came it was just the chain and no charm. I was sent a new one after i complained and its been "In Transit" since December 15th. I've pretty much given up at this point.

I received a FedEx package that was ripped open. You could see the tire tracks on the package. One of the items was missing. Several hours later as I was about to call FedEx, the doorbell rang. The driver had come back with the missing item. It also clearly had tire tracks on it. Fortunately it was a tough container and the contents were undamaged.

This package wasn't just ripped...it was ripped open like some idiot wanted to see what was inside.
It was weird but whatever. The pants are fine.
