Planned obsolescence is not a new concept. What is new is how short the span has become.

Sorry about your 20 year old stove. What do you think I should do about my nearly 43 year old refrigerator?

My body long ago reached obsolescence.

Depends on your space available... I recommend a bottom pullout freezer and double door up top of full sized... You know like 36" wide stuff.
Smaller stuff. (Shrugs) I don't recommend the side-by-side anymore. Loose too much cubic feet.

Full bath remodel color scheme and the granite and tile
The full bath before gutting....

We gutted the entire bathroom and the carpenter replaced the sill board and repaired floor joists. The wall and floor tile were original to the home construction in the 1950s. It had to be jackhammered to remove....mortar and wire mesh under the tile.

The new shower and tub going in as well as the flooring.

I'm too old to change. I use a top freezer model. Never had any use for side by sides.

Father in law has a single door version.

I much prefer the single door.

The drawer freezer single top door are really, really hard to find now adays....
When our last kitchen fridge died I had 1 rule, bottom pull out freezer. Everything else was negotiable with my Better-half. I liked the idea of a single top door but, the few I found were nearly $700 more.... And iirc a few were backorder only....
