Most older houses and apartments up north don't have AC. They are now building them with it. Also, most apartments in the south didn't have heat when I lived there.

No no no lol we just get window units to stick in the windows or those standing AC things. We’re not animals also a lot of homes do have central heat and air now. Just not these two. the newer ones do though.

We have central air, it does get a little hot sometimes but mainly use the ac for the high humidity.
