I know the feeling. The solar oven is getting used. My old roommate was the bbq chef. I'm a better "other stuff" chef.

One thermometer said 101°F here while the one in the greenhouse said 110°F.

Spent the weekend working calves, solving a problem with a hatch, three feedings for the bottle calf, played bridge with siblings, and candled another incubator full.
Monday, three bottle feedings and mowed our yard and garden while hubby mowed at the rent house.
The hatch was due June 11. I candled the eggs before lockdown and after the hatch was due…live chicks in the eggs. Figured the temperature was 1/2 to 3/4 degree low. Finally got three live chicks yesterday evening and this morning.
The Bubbie was officially two weeks old Sunday. Will band, tag and give him shots this evening. If the dental hygienist notices the hickies on my knees, do you think she will believe me when I tell her the calf tried to suckle my knees?
