Tofu can be complicated. If you take the time to add color & flavor to it it’s edible.

I’ve had enough experience cooking with it that even the most hardcore meat eaters will eat my food.
I like it with a Miso glaze. It's also good in any kind of soup.

I like tofu. Try taking some out of the package, pat it dry. Then sprinkle some katsuo (dried bonito flakes) and green onion over the top. Drizzle a bit of shoyu (soy sauce) over it. Delicious.
