Shrike nodded "Yeah, I'll probably only linger around for a bit, I know I'll need rest the trip to Splash Pack tomorrow." She noted before departing from Flame with a friendly wag of her tail.

(Soon to be Feather) smacked her nose and bolted to the edge of camp. She curled into a tight ball. Her eyes dark and her mouth dry. She refused to move.

Flame nodded and started to feel affection toward her. But that won't matter if she switches packs... she quickly reminded herself to not get too attached.

Flower gave her a comforting lick. "I know how that feels. But don't worry, you'll be a New Color soon, and then you'll get to switch packs, that is if you want to."

"It is. I'm going to go to Sprout Pack. They'll see me for who I am. Stupid leader, how dare she? She let my mother die and then she just treats like dirt!"
