The dog yelped when Artemis used the tazer on him and fell to the ground, now completely silent. As Artemis left, the pack of dogs and men found the tree, but only found a hurt Anatolian lying on the ground unconscious.
The dogs sniffed the tree, since Artemis' scent was on it, and were slightly convinced that she was in it, but the guards looked up and saw nothing so they were sure she had gone elsewhere.

One of the Anatolians had picked up Artemis' newest scent trail and barked, looking at her fellow humans and wagging her tail.
"Hey! Sic 'em!" One of the guards commanded, and the Anatolian howled, alerting the pack that she had found the right trail, and they all ran in that direction, running over the unconscious dog Artemis had tazered.

"Hm, well then, rather impressive." She commented simply after he had told her. She always slightly wondered how anybody managed to get a job like that. Because if it was a complete secret, it's not like they'd be putting "Secret agent wanted" signs everywhere so somebody would take the job.
"Though, isn't it kind of a bad idea to tell me this? We don't know each other very well, and I could technically be anyone."

"No," Devine shrugged casually, looking out the window to make it seem that not all his attention was directed on her. "I was raised to determine someone's character within only seconds of meeting them, and having practiced this since I was young, my intuition never fails me. I know that I can trust you, and even if that were somehow not true; I keep an eye on those entrusted with my secrets so that if they betray me I can silence them before my safety is endangered." He turned towards her with a sly smile, not doubting the fact that his words had made her very uncomfortable.

Following the sound of rushing water, Artemis was lead to a creak. She eagerly waded through the water, moving as quickly as she could in the direction the water flowed. Despite knowing the water would confuse the dogs who followed her scent she lowered close to the surface of water to keep from being invisible from the men who followed her.
 
(Has anyone heard from Gar lately? I've been gone for a week so I'm not sure about who's been gone or who has been on. I know silkies around cuz we've been rping. Just wanted to check on all my peeps ;) )

(She's been on, but like many of us, she has probably been too busy lately for RPing.)
