"Wow, you remember that entire alleyway? I literally work on brains and I find that pathway confusing." Aya stated once they had finally exited the alley, chuckling and subtly shaking her head. "Well, thank you for taking me all the way through that. I most likely would have gotten lost and wasted my time."
"You're welcome." Devine answered quietly as he surveyed the alley as it opened onto a busy highway.

"Who?" Lydia questioned, wondering if this woman was really in her right mind. But then she realized who Artemis may be talking about,
"Are you talking about that kid that follows Mythe around? I think his name is Caden, so I hope so. Anyways, I don't really know much about that ordeal. I'm just a guard here, they don't care to tell me much...Wish they would, though."
(Hey, @silkiecuddles and @Garjzla. I REALLY miss this RP and hope you both will come back to play with me. I'm deleting my last post and replacing it with this.)
Artemis stood and slowly turned to meet Lydia. "Tell me what you know about my brother." She ordered in quiet yet firm voice. Her sadness over her brother was changing to anger, and Lydia was the only person present to release that tension on. And the thought that she might be lying to play with her emotions at Mythe's request, that only magnified the emotion she felt.

(Gar hasn't been on ages  I hope she's all right. I'm pretty busy right now with school so I'm not sure I want to start this back up right now. Maybe if she comes back we will? :hugs I know this means a lot to you :/ )

Lydia raised an eyebrow,
"You sure are demanding. Which maybe I would applaud for you in this tense situation, but you are still in no place to be asking the questions. And like I told you, I don't know much. You think Mythe would really tell any of us what's going on with him and his new boyfriend? Or, well, kid.
Look, if you're so curious, ask the man himself. Then you'll get just about as far as I've gotten information wise."

Aya put her hands in her pockets and looked out into the streets for a few moments before deciding it was time to go.

"If it was just me back there when my kind-of brother tried to take me, he of course would have been successful. You do deserve to have my help, I owe it to you, so I'll set aside a considerable amount of time to find the man you're looking for.
So...Bye for now. See you whenever I see you."

Artemis slowly sat back down on the bed. The woman obviously didn't know the answer, so there was no point to keeping asking questions.

"Thats, not why I helped you." Devine called out as they parted. He wanted it to be clear that that wasn't the reason for his actions, although he wasn't eager to share the truth.

Aya decided to not reply, as they were already parting, and simply waved goodbye before crossing the street and subtly getting out her phone so she could see exactly where she was. First she wanted to get to her house, fix herself up so she wouldn't look like a complete mess at work, and of course actually get to work.

"So, since you seem pretty talkative at the moment, mind if I ask some questions?" Lydia inquired, "You're kinda the main talk around here, so don't blame me for being a little curious about you. Everyone's all gossip and no truth, since we're not really allowed to know anything unless we're lucky."

"Go ahead." Artemis said with a sigh of disinterest. She was sure that whether or not she agreed, Lydia would ask her questions. She was slightly intrigued that she'd interrupted the C.M.I.'s cause enougg to become their source of gossip.
