Maurelle nodded in agreement, satisfied with his plan.

Arkned sent one of his servants to send two soldiers to Pulchra, and they did as they were told. King Arkned walked outside, he needed to have the Blacksmith make more swords and armor. He was kind of angry at Prince Cedar, if these soldiers died to rescue him they'd have even less soldiers than Pulchra than they already did!

Arya was riding on her horse in the forest. Though she was very fast on her feet, it was still easier and faster to ride a horse. She was heading to Pulchra to kill off some of the soldiers. She'd be very sneaky about it, one mistake and she'd be dead.

"Oh, hello Odette" Ryker spun around "I've just been...around" He shrugged "And you? Anything interesting?"
"I've just come from giving the king his tea. Did you hear? About the elf?" Odette asked excitedly

Maurelle watched the king from a window. This dreaded war seemed to have aged him.

Arya put on the fake fairy wings that she had made and changed her clothes so she'd look like a fairy soldier.
Arya then tied her horse to a tree and approached all the large tents where the soldiers lived. There was a large pot filled to the brim with soup, but there was no line yet. She strolled around the camp so she wouldn't look suspicious and walked over to the pot. The cook was standing there, ready to hand out bowls and fill them with the soup she had made. "Would you like some?" She asked Arya, and Arya didn't speak but simply nodded. Elves had a certain, very strong accent unlike the fairies, so if she spoke one word the cook would know what she was. The woman got a bowl and filled it with soup, then handed it to Arya. Arya took it then paused, looking into the woods behind the cook, a worried expression on her face. The cook noticed, "What's the matter?" She asked worriedly and looked behind her. Arya quickly opened a bottle she had in her pocket and poured every last drop into the soup, then quickly put the bottle back right when the cook looked back at her.
"Did you see something?" The cook asked suspiciously, and Arya shook her head. "Just thought you did? Okay, go and eat that soup before it gets cold." She said and Arya walked away.
Arya sighed, relieved. She was glad that she hadn't been caught yet, but now she had to walk away unnoticed, and then travel safely back to Libertatem without meeting a Pulchra guard.

King Arkned was in town for a few hours, ordering people to do things to prepare to fight again, before he headed back to the castle worn out but feeling productive.

Maurelle waited for him in a small room close to the throne room. She had a tray with a cup of hot cider awaiting him.

"No I haven't" Ruker replied, equally enthused even though he had no idea what she was talking about.
"You don't know what I'm talking about, do you," Odette chuckled. "Anyway, an elf has arrived recently and I believe the king had him sent to the dungeon."

King Arkned entered the throne room, not knowing Maurelle was in the other room. It had been a long day, but not bad. They were getting things done, maybe they'd win.
