🍃August Hatch-a-Long🍃

I may or may not be hatching in August.....busy month as we try to take vacay the last week in July or the first week in August (but DH is saying probably no vacay this year, but then talks about going tubing), County Fair the 2nd week in August, and School starts (maybe...depends on the COVID situation by then) the 3rd week in August. Even if I don't hatch, I will be around just for the conversation.

It's not even July and you are reminding me I can't hatch anything in August due to my move.

Shame on you.

The only bright spot is, with the 2 hatches upcoming in July, I will have hatched for a full 12 months in a row.

They exist, they need some space like all animals, they eat food, duh. they grow fast, but that may just be us. they sound super duper cool, they lay eggs when they are ready.

I have chicks and keets getting mailed in August so maybe I’ll hatch some that will line up to their hatch date.

I just put 2 homegrown quail eggs in my bator
