You didn't offer how I say it, so...I call it RAH-men, like what cheerleaders say.
And I haven't had any in years, but I always drained the brothit cooked in, then added butter and canned milk, (or heavy cream) a little dill, and salt and pepper....makes me want some... hahah !

I stopped eating most high processed food. Too much salt, too much sugar, too much fat. And who knows what else?
UPC can cause a serious disbalance in the bacteria in your intestines and colon.

I saw raw-men

Half of my family likes the plain beef one and the other half likes the plain chicken one. We really only eat them when we're sick or mixed with other things. I've never had most of the other kinds. We sometimes make the plain chicken one with peas and carrots and canned chicken for super easy fake chicken noodle soup.

These are really good though.

They have other kinds, the plain chicken one is good if you don't like spice.
