I think so, her stock is good. Eggs packaged well, etc. It's just the shipping part I think that messes eggs up.

I don't want to speak to how these eggs are going to be, but the eggs were very fresh, the air cells were barely formed, and only very very slightly saddled, IMO it shouldn't really impact the eggs at all... but I also agree that shipping does something to the eggs, even in the best condition. I wish that there were these breeds closer to me, I Would drive. Oh well.

Evidently the eggs I have in the incubator currently on lockdown pipped sometime in the night. The down side is when I woke up this morning and checked, the humidity had tanked down to 27% so now I am tripping out.

I was super stressed about the eggs, and was seeing no movement, hearing no cheeping, and there has been no progress this morning. So I decided to pull one out and assist. I put it closer to my face so I could see and that's when it cheeped violently, scared the crap out of me, and I quickly put it back. Thank God!

Yes. They may not be spot on with SOP, but they produce some gorgeous birds. Gives the average chicken keeper the ability to have rarer breeds. Have purchased 5 batches from her and all have had good hatch rates. One batch was 80%. Most are about 70%. But the eggs are only being shipped from 6 hours away.

Have another batch coming in this week with my horrible incubator, they may be hatching on the 31st. Incubator holds 98.5 and can’t get it any higher.

One egg left in the incubator, pipped. Two babies were hatched over night and nice and floofy when I came to see. This NR360 is the perfect small scale hatcher!

 

[Araucana Nest]

Candled and weighed the Araucana eggs. Out of ten, half look viable. I've surrendered to what will be will be. Except I hope they will all be pullets I have six Araucana cockerels and only three pullets right now. Need more pullets

no Olive Eggers
9 Seramas

I have bought quite a few from them this year and always had great luck!
