I know, I don't like it. They're a major problem though. They eat all the food and I've noticed a few that were sickly looking aren't in the flock now. It's the same wild flock coming back daily. They were thin and appeared to be weak, now they're gone so I'm concerned they will pass something to my chickens.

I added stuff to the water to try to help them out and keep my chickens healthy but they gotta go. Or I have to buy pigeon food which was a thought as well. I could put it out front.

He's really only after the birds that look sick, but we're hoping the hunting will keep them away for a bit.

I love lamb, especially braised lamb shanks!

Kathy - if you can ever get a hold of lamb belly (rolled) and cooked low and slow for 4-5 hours that is pure essence of lamb flavour- ask that DH of yours thats what i always buy when i go back to the UK - pure heaven

Hey, you gotta do what you gotta do to keep your flock in healthy. Nobody that i am aware of on this thread will judge you. The majority of peeps here are / were on another RR threads where we celebrate keeping and and hunting fowl or whatever. Feel free
