Morning Sour run dogs this morning ? I cleaned two coops had dollar panckaes for breakfast firing on all cylanders here .. Can one have arthritis in ones arch ?

Ya just stinks takes the whole leg out but still walk must keep moving ...
making roast beast for dinner 1 pot no oven needed .. our webbed feet are drying here almost a week without rain

Yes I did, penny, out and about before it got too hot. Only worked one dog. High 90's now, but the humidity is the real killer. Any place there are bones/joints 'Arthur'itis can attack. Unthinkingly, last night I overindulged on sweet corn and paid the price all night with a flare up. I've really cut back on carbs for the last week or so with good results.

As long as I keep at it I can stall the worst pain away ... We may get to 86 or so but humidity does not factor here .. Just 86 but like I said we are not use to those temps

When I was little and somebody wanted to watch tv they had to have someone to turn the antenna. Or make lots of trips outside behind the chimney! I guess we were lucky we didn’t have to get on the roof to do it!
