I just had two 16 oz mason jar full and I believe I had the same this morning as well as few sips and/or half glass throughout. But I need to work tomorrow on spreading them out more because I was feeling rather dehydrated earlier tonight cause I went a while without. Maybe should be having a few sips every hour instead of two glasses at once ??? But I do feel a lot better being hydrated as opposed to having maybe one or two glasses a day and Coke in between
no soda today.
