Yes  thanks for the reminder! I have actually had a lot today 😁 I just had two 16 oz mason jar full and I believe I had the same this morning as well as few sips and/or half glass throughout. But I need to work tomorrow on spreading them out more because I was feeling rather dehydrated earlier tonight cause I went a while without. Maybe should be having a few sips every hour instead of two glasses at once ??? But I do feel a lot better being hydrated as opposed to having maybe one or two glasses a day and Coke in between 😂 no soda today.
You should never have soda again even if it is sugar free. The acid in soda will eat at the enamel of your teeth.

I personally drink at least 10 cups of water daily. If I am sweating a lot, I greatly increase the water intake. At anytime that you feel dehydrated, you have to drink water right then.

Thanks! I hope so 🤣 I also hope I don’t pee it all back out now :lau
Until you get your blood sugar under control, you will urinate very soon after you drink. It is your body's way of flushing the excess sugar from your system.

Well, that's just part of the deal. Once your balance is restored the emergency pee breaks will level out. You need to go easy on the daily salt and get enough potassium and you'll find hydration perfection 😁

So true, if you're thirsty you're already dehydrated. Unfortunately your body uses the same signal as hunger for thirst, so a lot of folks eat when they need to drink.

Yeeeeeeaaahhhh.. I’ve had several cavities the last couple years (2021 and 2020) and I previously hadn’t in a long while :hide so it’s definitely eating the enamel 😬😬 so I’m honestly glad to ditch the soda now. It tastes good but it’s not worth having to visit the dreaded dentist :lau :hide nor diabetes.

And yeah I definitely need to up my water game! This is the most I’ve drunken in a while. I’m thinking I need to start carrying a bottle with me everywhere so I can drink when I need it.

Several already suggested that you keep a bottle of water with you and to sip on it regularly.
