So I have been called the conservative capitalist since i recycle and compost and grow some of my own food….and work in the investment business…kind of an oxymoron…. These bottles never break down. The payback for convenience is this crap filling landfills that doesnt break down. My grandmother would whoop my A**!! Crunchy rant over.
Well those night terrors might have something to do with you filling those bottles with vodka vs water….
Totally agree….and I think I love you
I definitely love you…
There used to be cocaine in those cokes…someone should tell your granny
Yep the US is the creator of capitalism…we are the envy of the world and also garner a ton of ridicule which some of it is deserved. Some countries hate us, but most want what we have. only difference between capitilsm and communism is the pockets the money flows to and the concentration of wealth and who decides how it is spent. Sorry…capitalist rant over.
absolutley. also search on YouTube to see if there are any doctors that lecture or do videos. I learned a ton about intermittent fasting on YouTube from Dr. Jason Fung.
You have to advocate for your own health care these days. Many doctors are simply employees now and slaves to the medical establishment that they sold their practice to. some simply dont have the time to provide the personalized care they once did in order to receive the reimbursements from insurance carriers. sad but true.
one suggestion to try is recording the appointments with your doctor and compiling your list of questions and email them to prior to your appointment to be sure youre not missing something.
it feels like we have been conditioned to ask for permission for certain things from our doctors. I see that with my dad and his meds. he was paying through the nose for the same vitamins we get retail…same exact dosage. what we paid for almost a year, he was paying each month. they work for us and are partners in our care, not the other way around. dont ever forget that….
attached isn article that does way down a rabbit hole discussing the similarities of sugar addition and responses of drugs in the body. it’s masters level stuff but a good read if you want to get in the weeds.
