Just did a bunch of arm exercises, 2 sets of 15 reps each, with a 5 lb weight. My arms felt dead afterwards.

I can do exactly 1.5 push-ups, @TheDawg ! And probably at least 5 sit-ups. 🤣
Push-ups are almost as bad as the Conan pose for me. I'm not wasting a minute on them.

I used to not be able to do any but now I can. But I’m pissed because I used to be able to do like 50 sit ups
 
I have 6 vhs tapes from Beach Body…
And I'm just going to do light stretching before bed. Tomorrow starts my new program called Muscle Burns Fat. From Beach Body. It's 21 days straight of ass kicking so no rest days

Can you please just give it away since you don't use it? There are at least 10 people here that can use it.
I do use it. I just keep forgetting to put it back on when I take it off. Which I did cause I was getting a rash from it. I’m gonna find it and put it back on
