Quite the opposite actually. My metabolism has not gone against me yet, thankfully

It's not sugar I'm crazy about. Besides my drinks and a cookie when my manager guilt trips us at work, I don't really eat sweet things. Chocolate and ice cream don't make it in my shopping basket

Because I like them too much. It's one thing I can look forwards to when things are getting tough at work or out in public
Well then commit to changes that benefit you and create good habits, you have lent to give up the hard stuff and suffer

I need a starting number for the spreadsheet.
I'm thinking once a month on the first of each month we will update our weight for the spreadsheet.

Not gaining too much is a good goal.
Thankfully I don't really have much to lose but I definitely don't want to continue to gain.
I mean even if you don't need to lose weight knowing your weight and keeping an eye on it regularly will help you if you're trying to maintain.
Just get a starting weight You don't have to put it on the Google sheet but just know it.
