Huh, I didn’t realize that but that makes sense. Yet another reason to level it out. It’s very annoying. :lau

Definitely need to cut the salt way way back although thankfully that’s kind of happened naturally since I’m cutting the processed junk too.

Thankfully my signals are usually pretty distinct although I have done that before. But If I’m hungry (depending on how long it’s been since I last ate) I’ll usually either get like almost pain, just VERY angry, growly stomach or I’ll even start feeling like physically weak/just weird if it’s been too long and usually headache eventually whereas with water/dehydration, my mouth, lips and, oddly, eyes will feel quite dry and almost crusty and the inside of my mouth and I just know
We are all so unique in our body chemistry and cues, yet out bodies only have so many tools to communicate to us. If you are sensitive to the differences that's a valuable tool. A dry mouth means you are already dehydrated, hunger pangs are the first signal for thirst as a general rule. Those low sugar shakes are a big signal you need food! Just keying into those signals can help you find balance.

I'm not going to point fingers, but if you pay for water in a single serve... I'll stop there. How are you alive? What fluid do you imbibe? We spend insane amounts of money to clean and filter water, why pay more to drink some other cities municipal supply? Why support a company that decided to profit off of a natural aquifer? Filter your own tap water. It's simple, you worried about pharmaceutical contamination? Charcoal filter. Everything else is covered by a Berkey system. I can't grasp buying single serve plastic water from Jersey (aquafina).
End rant.

At least one place that is doing this is because it is really good water. You cannot filter your tap water and make it come out as good as this water comes straight out of the ground.

Don't get me wrong, I do not buy any bottled drinking water.

It's capitalism at it's finest. Why should a corporation profit from the water table? It's a pet peeve of mine. If we all were responsible for our own water filtration we'd have very different views. Water is so intrinsic to life, it seems crazy that we have to pay for it at all.

Capitalism beats the h e double hockey sticks out of socialism.
