Hoping this new diet will have an impact on my mental health too and the headaches
 
Made a big batch of veggie soup for dinner and something quick later in the week. It's so chilly today, yester was 92° and now it's going to freeze tonight, crazy Texas weather. I'm getting ready to do a restorative yoga video. I'm also seriously considering getting or building a hot tub, I am so sorry from yesterday.
