I don’t think anybody can at those prices over $4000!?!?!? For meds!?!?! and that’s not even including rent/mortgage/whatever or any bills or anything it’s no wonder I’ve read about so many people literally dying because they can’t afford their insulin this is exactly why I wanna try the diet stuff though so I don’t have to go on meds. I think it’s still possible.

I made mean soup from the Christmas ham bone. My run will be very Interesting. Luckily, my family went home

Mr muddy calls mine “dumpster soup” it will be my 10 meals/snacks for next 2 days. I also have the leftover seafood chowder if I want more soup this week. Today was Christmas with my family but I tried to not go too far overboard. Tonight I had a turkey salad sandwich on whole sprouted grain/oat bread. I have managed 75-100 oz of water yesterday and today!!!!
