This week my meal planning is inspired by Hungry Girl Clean and Hungry Cookbook
and the huge pack of salmon portions from grocery shopping on New Year's Day.

Today - Chinese Chicken Salad Wrap (salmon instead of chicken)
Later this week or next-
Basalmic Honey Salmon n Veg (no basalmic- lol)
Orange Salmon with Broccoli (a dinner for 2)

Buy it used or check out from library or see her website for some free recipes and ideas.

If you are going to do video editing it is very helpful to have a high quality large monitor. If there is a way to hook up a monitor up to your ipad you might be able to get away with that.
I have a dual monitor system hooked up for work in my office. I have a work pc which is a Lenovo. Would make sense to get that since I could switch out the docking system and have access to the same setup….again…dork😣

OH my GOD!!! Do you remember the chips that were made with Olestra? They nicknamed them “O’lean” chips….yep, you guessed it, anal leakage. 🤯 That product didnt last long…..
If something is marketed as being healthy - you can probably assume it is NOT.

They don't have to market apples or broccoli because the markup is not making them loads of money. Not like the markup on ingredients that are unpronounceable and should never have entered the food system.

I am in the same camp as @JacinLarkwell
I have plans to do better this year (move more, drink more water and tea etc.). I think my goals will improve my health while also being realistic to my current situation. I want to set achievable goals that can lead to sustainable change. I am not going to try something drastic, fail in the first week, and immediately go back to my old habits. No matter what Kiki says :p

Bones please please don't rot your teeth.
Just drink one less soda each day for a week and then drink two less each day for a week.
That's the slow and steady progress.
Did you see Tessie earlier?
Catching up backwards.

Here comes Bossy.

Nobody has to do drastic changes.
I just don't want anyone to continue with the same stupid bad habits that make them feel like caca everyday.

I want everyone to do something, while they still have the option, to make themselves feel better.

@tripletfeb, your signature line says it all!

"Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!"

Day 3, 3 bottles of water! (24 oz bottles)

The water thing is my goal. I want to add some other goals as I go along. I know that if I set them all at once, it ain't gonna happen. So for this month, it's water. And other bits as I can. Next month, I want to add something (but keep drinking the water), though I haven't decided what yet.
