How do u read and run at the same time
I don’t run. I would walk on it. Or maybe eventually run.
And if you cared, people stare at the gym. I loved going to the gym but it got too expensive
Oh yes I definitely care about that but then again maybe I would meet people.
How much gas will you burn driving to and from the gym?
Not much cause there’s a ton all around me even just a couple miles down the street and the further away ones are actually on the way to and from dogs I walk so yeah.
I can assure you that paying a gym a membership fee each month is not going to make you want to work out anymore than you do currently.
Do not waste the money.

Hi guys! I skipped a few. I'll catch up ASAP.
Normally I’d agree but with this particular thing I think it’s the opposite, actually. I want to work out but don’t have any place to go or equipment to use or anything. I think this would give me somewhere to go/stuff to use without having to buy it all and be good for me.
It might be cheaper if you find used equipment - like at an estate sale or after everyone who buys a new X flakes out on resolutions in a couple weeks.
They turn up on craigslist all the time.
I never thought of that! Excellent idea! I was debating about the cost mostly so this is a good idea.
Unless you can afford a personal trainer.
No way lol

Freaky Frankie! đŸ€šI like saying this in my head when I say your name.

Is this the machine you use?

I almost broke down and bought one for the mini for Christmas but then I looked at this crap that goes into them and changed my mind.View attachment 2952698

You don’t have to use the ones that come with it lol my dad makes his own. You just fill it up with regular water and add your own flavorings or whatever and carbonate.

Fast walking is a good place to start. Just walk for 3 miles at a steady pace.

I personally don't like treadmills, they're quite a novelty when you first start using one but running whilst staring at a brick wall for half an hour is totally crap as far as I'm concerned. Just walk and once you feel confident, jog. It will not only benefit you but your dog will really enjoy it as well.
That’s why I was thinking I could use it while watching TV or reading or something so I wouldn’t be staring at the wall lol

Not sure I wanna get into running but maybe lol

Am gonna start doing some fast walks too though. Usually we go slow and let him sniff things and run around on the long line
